2017年底，STARBIT 思偉達創新科技創立。
2018年4月，首推全亞洲第一間分散式交易所 STARBIT EX，成為早期專注於區塊鏈應用設計的領導公司，並投入資源在 Infrastructure 底層鏈建置、證券型代幣 STO、元宇宙內容的開發。
2019年7月，STARBIT 獲得國發基金 (NDF) 的投資。
2020年6月攜手華碩雲端，共同幫科技部建立台灣第一代區塊鏈服務基礎建設 - 「Taiwan BaaS」。
2021年4月，推出亞洲大型數位商品平台「Jcard」，至今涵蓋如富邦勇士隊、峮峮、公共電視、台灣博物館、永豐證券、朱銘美術館、霹靂布袋戲、中華電信、哈根達斯等200多個 IP 於其上。
2022年2月，STARBIT 獲得 Acer 宏碁投資，並一起攜手啟動全球元宇宙入口的佈建。
2022年6月，與宏碁集團倚天酷碁再聯手推出 Web3 資安審查認證服務 -「BCA 」(Blockchain Contract Audit)。
2023年11月推出「JV」 (Jcard Verify) 智慧防詐服務，結合AI與Web3上巨量資料的分析，提供一個公正第三方查詢工具。
2024年5月，和NVidia在Inception program合作，共同使用AI工具分析鏈上資料，將效率更大化。
