定期包機業務，為國內最早成立的民營航空公司
1964年 踏入空中廚房事業
1983年 由國產實業集團入主，建立兼具歷史與年輕活力的國際航空品牌
1988年 恢復國內航線營運
2011年 股票上市 (股票代號6702)
2013年 獲得台灣首家廉價航空籌設許可，該公司預計於2014年正式營運
